Welcome to Wild by Nature, featuring the wildlife and landscape photography
of Henry H. Holdsworth. Located near the town square, the Wild by Nature
Gallery was created to showcase the best of Henry's work in the form of
limited edition, custom printed photographs. Through the presentation of
these noble animals and the breathtaking wilderness they inhabit,
Holdsworth's gallery aims to foster an appreciation for both, helping
to keep our world all the more wild, by nature.
For Henry Holdsworth wildlife photography embodies much more than
taking pictures of animals. A biologist with a background in animal
behavior and environmental education, Henry has spent almost twenty
years photographing wildlife and wilderness landscapes. Much of his
work is centered on the natural history of threatened species such
as the grizzly bear, bald eagle, bison and trumpeter swan. The true
heart of Henry's photography is focused on bringing about a greater
appreciation of nature and its preservation.
Henry's images are used regularly by leading publications including
Audubon, National Geographic World, National Parks and Sierra. His
two recent coffee table books, Wild & Beautiful Grand Teton National
Park, and Yellowstone & Grand Teton: A Wildlife Portfolio showcases
the natural beauty of Northwest Wyoming.
