Within the past decade, Jackson Hole has taken a place beside Scottsdale, Santa Fe, San Francisco and New York as a major art center.

It has become known as the "Art Center of the Rockies".

The local galleries proudly present a broad range of work from "old masters" such as Charles Russell and Frederick Remington to internationally and nationally know contemporary artists, some of whom live in Teton County.
